In 2022, drought of unprecedented proportions led to the organization of the États généraux de l’eau (Water Forum) in Vaucluse. It was on this occasion that the idea for the GeEAUde partnership chair emerged.
One year later, GeEAUde was founded by three public institutions with complementary expertise :
